These Terms of Service govern access to Eduschools websites, applications, portals, support, and related services. By using a service, you agree to these terms and any signed order, proposal, or agreement that applies to your institution.

If a signed agreement conflicts with these general terms, the signed agreement takes priority for that institution.

Institutions are responsible for approving authorized users, assigning appropriate access, maintaining accurate account information, and promptly removing access that is no longer required.

Users must keep credentials confidential and must not access another person’s account or attempt to bypass security controls.

Eduschools may be used only for lawful educational, administrative, communication, and institutional purposes. Users must not upload unlawful or harmful material, interfere with the service, probe security without written permission, impersonate others, or use information beyond their authorized role.

Institutions are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriate use of information they submit.

We work to keep Eduschools available, secure, and supported. Features may be improved, replaced, or retired as the service develops. Planned maintenance, emergency work, internet conditions, third-party services, or events outside reasonable control may affect availability.

Fees, billing periods, taxes, included services, renewal, and payment terms are set out in the applicable quotation, order, or signed agreement. Failure to pay amounts when due may result in restricted or suspended access after appropriate notice, subject to that agreement and applicable law.

Institutions retain responsibility for the information they control. Eduschools processes information to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the applicable agreement and our Privacy Policy. Institutions must provide any notices and permissions required for the information they collect.

Eduschools and its licensors retain rights in the platform, branding, software, documentation, and service materials. Institutions retain rights in their own information. Access to the service does not transfer ownership of the platform or permit copying, resale, reverse engineering, or unauthorized commercial use.

Access may be suspended or terminated for serious misuse, security risk, unlawful activity, non-payment, or material breach. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Data return, retention, or deletion after termination follows the applicable agreement, Privacy Policy, and legal obligations.

Each party remains responsible for its own acts and obligations. Any warranties, liability limits, governing law, or dispute terms in a signed agreement take priority. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms as services or legal requirements change. Material updates will be identified by a revised date.
