How we protect information
Eduschools uses administrative, technical, and operational safeguards intended to protect institutional and personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or disclosure.
Protection is applied across the web platform, mobile services, school portals, support processes, and the systems used to operate them.
Access and account security
Access is controlled through individual accounts, assigned roles, and permissions appropriate to each user’s responsibilities. Institutions are responsible for approving their users, keeping account details current, and removing access when a person changes role or leaves.
Users should protect passwords and devices, avoid sharing credentials, and report suspected misuse promptly.
Hosting, resilience, and backups
Eduschools uses managed cloud infrastructure, monitoring, backups, and recovery processes designed to support service continuity and protect stored information. Backup and restoration arrangements may vary by service, institution, and signed agreement.
No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure or continuously available.
Data handling
We limit access to information to authorized people and service providers who need it to deliver, support, secure, or improve Eduschools. Institutions remain responsible for deciding what learner, parent, staff, and institutional information is entered into their account.

Security events
We investigate credible reports of unauthorized access, loss, or misuse and take proportionate steps to contain and address confirmed incidents. Where required, affected institutions and relevant authorities will be informed in accordance with applicable obligations.

Shared responsibility
Security depends on both Eduschools and each institution. Institutions should maintain accurate user access, train their teams, protect connected devices and local networks, and use the platform in accordance with the Terms of Service and their signed agreement.
